Extractions, implants and IV sedation

Symptom/chief concern: “Loosing teeth one by one due to old crowns, root canals, and bridges that can no longer be restored by general dentist. Hates going to the dentist due to apprehension about dental treatment.”

Action: Selective extractions and implant replacements as needed under IV sedation. To date I have placed six implants. Patient had his first implant by someone else prior to being referred to me by a close family friend.

Plan: “I love coming to the dentist now. IV sedation is a great way to have this type of work done. I wish I could have all my teeth replaced with implants. They feel great and don’t decay.”
